1996:Justin Macalroy works for a living and hasn't got much money.

1996: William Gage runs into a jewellers and takes 13 Rolex watches. He encounters a blocked road and is arrested, pleads guilty and is sentenced to 7 years imprisonment.

2001: Justin Macalroy has done well for himself. He has a Porsche Carerra a Mercedes ML 4x4, an Audi TT and owns a large detached  house in the South of Glasgow. He no longer works for a living.

2001: William Gage has been free on parole for the past year and is enjoying life.

2001:Justin Macalroy and his Father travel to Estonia where they meet two men. The two men are arrested when Estonian police capture two million pounds worth of heroin that is destined for Scotland. Neither Justin Macalroy or His Father are arrested (the usual for them apparently). Justin Macalroy is later heard boasting that he works for MI5 and does deals with the Russian mafia.

2002: William Gage is still working legitimately. He has been earning during the past two years of freedom and has remained crime free.

2002: 3rd March. Justin Macalroy and his Father host a dinner. In attendance is their friend Jack McConnell the (then) First Minister of Scotland, various other Senior labour party members and a number of high ranking police. The Macalroy's slip £10,000 in cash to Jack McConnell who later has his secretary jailed for handling that money when the media get wind of it.

2002: 7th March. Justin Macalroy goes to Perth prison where he visits a reputed gangland assassin George Goofy Docherty. (3 years later and not long out of prison George Docherty is brutally murdered). After the prison visit Justin Macalroy goes back to his Fathers country club.

2002: 7th March: At 10pm that night Justin Macalroy arrives home in his Mercedes jeep.

2002: 7th March. At 10pm that night William Gage is proven to be in the West End of Glasgow.

2002: 7th March. At 10pm a neighbour hears Justin Macalroy having what she calls a friendly conversation with someone in the dark. She recalls that it went like the Jerry Springer show with a blazing argument which was abruptly broken by six gunshots. Justin Macalroy is hit by five of the six bullets and his life ends later that night.

2002: March. The police are under enormous pressure to make a bogus arrest and put a cover-up lid on the case. Justin Macalroy was seriously connected and heavily involved in major gangland criminality including MI5, Russian mafia, Scots mafia and Labour party connections. Far too many people will get red faces if Justin Macalroy's life is scrutinised and exposed at any legitimate murder trial. The one person who seemed likley to be most embarrassed is the (then) First minister of scotland Jack McConnell.

2002: March/April. The police have five main witnesses. None of the five statements fit with the police plan so they revisit and repeatedly brainwash and terrorise the witnesses who all make numerous statements which contradict all previous statements. One witness in particular Tracy Macalroy (widow of Justin Macalroy) gives NINE completely different and conflicting statements.

2002: 3rd May. With all of the new false statements in place, the police make their move. They arrest their hand picked patsy William Gage he has previous convictions and even has 17 months of an outstanding parole licence over his head from the 7 years prison sentence that he recieved in 1996. He is perfect for a stitch up.

2002: May. As well as the doctored statements, the police illegally hide numerous legitimate witnesses and illegally withhold the footage from 43 police CCTV cameras.

2002/2004: The police and prosecutors torture William Gage for 22 months by abusing the legal process and by keeping him locked

up on remand for all of that time while they continue to break the law by withholding the crucial CCTV evidence which could prove that William Gage is innocent. William Gage desperately protests with six letters to the (then) Lord Advocate of Scotland Colin Boyd. Colin Boyd claims to be straight and honest yet he ignores all of the crimes that are being committed against William Gage by the

police and Colin Boyd actually carries on with the persecution and prosecution of a clearly innocent man. Colin Boyd has access to the CCTV footage which proves not only that William Gage is innocent but that two of his prosecution witnesses are false. Colin Boyd perverts the course of justice by leaving the witnesses on the indictment and by using them. The (then) First minister of scotland Jack McConnell rewards colin boyd for his services by making him a lifetime peer giving him the title Lord Boyd.

2002/2004: William Gage starts a freedom campaign as best he can from the depths of the hellhole Barlinnie prison. He writes protest letters to the Queen, to 100 members of the House of Lords, to the (then) Prime minister Tony Blair, to the (then) Home Secretary John Reid, to the (then) First minister of scotland Jack McConnell and to all 134 MSP's in the Scottish parliament and provides them all with copies of the six letters that he has already sent to the Lord Advocate Colin Boyd. William Gage also writes protest letters to the faculty of Advocates (see www.mojoscotland.com for copies) also protest letters to Willie Rae the (then) Chief Constable of Strathclyde police, also to the police complaints body, also to Human Rights groups and Amnesty International. The establishment close ranks and completely ignore every single letter and crime that have been committed against William Gage. The Miscarriages of Justice Organisation (MOJO) does get involved and they join William Gage and help him in his battle for justice and freedom.

2002/2004: William Gage receives a warning that Strathclyde police intend to sneak agents into his jury. Their job will to be bully and confuse the genuine jurors into bringing back a guilty verdict regardless of the evidence heard. The Macalroy's solicitor Joe Shields admits in private to the solicitor Jim Keegan that the police have managed to convince Tracy Macalroy that William Gage is somehow guilty and so she is now ready to pick him out as the gunman no matter what he looks like. (All witnesses have said that the gunman was 5' 10" and was wearing a mask to cover his face. It was 10pm and dark outside). William Gage is over 6' tall.

2004: Feb. The Crown hold a bogus trial with a succession of false witnesses and continue to illegally withhold the crucial cctv footage which proves not only that William Gage is innocent but that the Lord Advocate Colin Boyd, the police and the Advocate Depute Alan McKay have all perverted the course of justice by withholding crucial evidence and by knowingly using false witnesses and maliciously using the full weight of the Crown in an attempt to get an innocent man sentenced to LIFE imprisonment. William Gage is represented by the solicitor Jim Keegan. Jim Keegan throws the case and lets the prosecutor Alan McKay lead the false evidence. Tracy Macalroy does as promised and claims that William Gage looks like the gunman as she points to the dock. It is pointed out that the gunman had a mask covering his face at 10pm in the dark. Only his eyes remained uncovered. She immediately claims that William Gage has the same eyes as the gunman! Presumably the police agents in the jury do their job because the jury come back with an outrageous and sickening guilty verdict. William Gage is sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum 20 years, only backdated to Sep 2003 so altogether he has to serve at least TWENTY-ONE AND A HALF YEARS before he will ever be considered for release. And all for a crime that he clearly did not commit.

2004/2006: William Gage tries desperately to get a new solicitor for appeal. No one will touch the now notorious fit-up case and William Gage is stuck with Jim Keegan and Darryl Lovie of Keegan-Smith solicitors in livingston, the men who let him get beaten at trial.

2004/2006: Supporters of William Gage put up 6000 posters in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Perth. They hold a protest rally outside Glasgow high court. Paul McCluskey makes a short film outlining William Gage's fight for justice.

2006: The appeal eventually arrives. Jim Keegan takes advantage of William Gage's lack of any knowledge of appeal court procedures and Jim Keegan fails to lead any of numerous points that he had promised to lead. Jim Keegan talks nonsense for ten minutes then lets the prosecutors Alan Turnbull and John Beckett tell lies for five straight hours. Jim Keegan promised everyone that he could guarantee to get William Gage set free and then when he had the chance to do his job he sat back and threw the fight. After watching the disgusting farce, William Gage's supporters were filled with rage and sadness. After watching his son get sent back to prison, William Gage's father had a heart attack that night. He survived, thank God.

2006: Sam Poling and Dominic Gallagher make a Frontline Scotland programme for the BBC about the injustice that William Gage has suffered. They only touch on some of the problems in the case but in a first for the BBC they actually declare that they are convinced that William Gage is innocent.

2006: William Gage sacks Jim Keegan.

2006: William Gage sends a letter to the three appeal judges (see protest letters link) and tells them that they have no right to reach any verdict as they have not heard his appeal. He explained in the letter that Jim Keegan did not lead any of his legal points. It was clear to all that Jim Keegan had been helping the Crown.

2006: The (then) first minister of scotland Jack McConnell promotes the two prosecutors who had done the job on William Gage at the bogus appeal. Jack McConnell puts up Alan Turnbull to be a High Court Judge and then makes John Beckett the new Solicitor General.

2006: After waiting for another three months William Gage eventually gets back to the appeal court. He stands alone without any legal representation. The Lord Justice General Lord Cullen asks William Gage about the letter. William Gage stands up and tells the court that Jim Keegan had been working for the crown and had not lead any of the appeal points that he had promised to do and he had let the crown smash the appeal. Lord Cullen asks William Gage what he wants and William Gage declares I want an appeal hearing. Lord Cullen agrees and tells William Gage to find a solicitor and come back as soon as he has one. Unfortunately Lord Cullen retires from the bench one week later. By the time William gage gets back to court Lord Cullen has been replaced by Lord Hamilton. (Lord Hamilton was put up for the top job by none other than Jack McConnell).

2006: William Gage manages to get the Human Rights solicitor Aamer Anwar and the top Q.C. Margaret Scott to take his case. Margaret Scott stands up to the three judges and tells them that she has only had one week to look over the case but already she could see six points of appeal that Jim Keegan had inexplicably failed to raise. She points out that William Gage had been trying to raise some of those points since before the trial. The judges agree that Jim Keegan has failed in his duties and that William Gage has subsequently been denied a proper appeal hearing. They agree to allow an appeal hearing with legitimate defence solicitors and they set a date for a procedural hearing in three weeks.

2006: Some sort of political dirt goes on in the background and when William Gage and his new legal team come back into the appeal court for the procedural hearing, the judges suddenly declare, He has had an appeal already and that appeal is refused. William Gage roars at the three judges, This is a travesty! You couldn't spell justice! The judges jump up and rush out of the courtroom. So after denying him his rights in the lead up to the trial, breaking the law by perjuring witnesses, breaking further laws by withholding evidence, then managing to get his defence solicitor to work for the crown, they were now denying William Gage the chance to have any of his legal points heard in an appeal court.

2006/2008: William Gage makes an application to the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission. He noted 22 points that warranted their investigation. Margaret Scott Q.C. listed 6 points and Paddy Hill and John Macmanus of MOJO listed further points. The S.C.C.R.C. normally concludes cases within nine months. However, they take TWO YEARS with William Gage's case and to date they have so far completely refused to investigate ANY of the points that have been raised on behalf of William Gage. The S.C.C.R.C. have stolen two years of William Gage's life and during that time they have received £2.6 Million of taxpayers money yet by not investigating any points, the S.C.C.R.C. have not acted in the public interest. They have effectively stolen the £2.6 Million of taxpayers money along with two years of William Gage's life while they protect police, prosecutors, perjured witnesses, politicians and a completely one sided and unjust legal system. We believe that the S.C.C.R.C. are not fit for purpose and should all be sacked in order to protect the public from such criminality and such sickening cover-up culture activities.

2008: March. William Gage has now been tortured with wrongful imprisonment every minute of every day for six long years. The CCTV evidence which proves William Gage's innocence continues to be withheld by police and the crown. They know that he is innocent yet at every turn and at every level they conspire and collude and close ranks in order to deny William Gage the justice that he and every other innocent person deserves.

2008: October. William Gage launches his new book Win Win. His harrowing tale brings more truths than most of us can handle. He uses a late chapter to detail this legal case and in the rest he takes you on an amazing rollercoaster that will enlighten an empower you. It is a must read for everyone in this modern age of dark political intrigue.

2008: October. A Scots business woman is so impressed by William Gage's book and so struck by his plight that she negotiates a bulk purchase of 3000 books and has them all delivered to homes in the west of Glasgow.

Inside each one is an invitation to either donate the cost to the Miscarriage of justice organization or to simply accept the book as a free gift.

NOW: We should all be very afraid if the establishment get away with this brutal, blatant and sickening miscarriage of justice. As for William Gage, he is a strong and kind man. He has battled against the forces of darkness for six and a half years and yet he never gives up, he never loses hope and he never stops fighting. He has been allowing them the chance to right the wrong. So far they have been too arrogant, stubborn and wicked to even consider doing the right thing. They will regret it all.
